1. Subscription & Access

  • By subscribing to eMobile Pulse, you gain access to a personal dashboard, referral tools, and eligible rewards for R99/month.
  • Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before your next billing date.

2. Referral Rewards

  • You earn Pulse Rewards for each valid referral, as outlined on the “How It Works” page.
  • Rewards are credited based on confirmed sign-ups and active subscriptions of referrals.

3. Fair Use & Conduct

  • You agree not to use eMobile Pulse for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Suspicious referral activity or misuse of platform tools may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Data & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and comply fully with POPIA. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is used and protected.

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past transactions unless specified under our Refund Policy.

💰 Refunds Policy

1. General Policy

  • Subscription fees (R99/month) are non-refundable once billed.
  • However, if you were billed in error or experienced a technical failure during signup, we will gladly investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.

2. Referral Rewards

  • Rewards earned through valid referrals are yours to keep unless fraud or misuse is identified.
  • No refunds are issued on rewards credited unless reversal is required due to terms breach.

3. Refund Requests

  • Submit all refund queries to support@emobile.net.za within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Please include your full name, registered email, and reason for the request. We respond within 48 business hours.
