How to Purchase Data:

  • Go to the eMobile website at: www.emobile.net.za
  • Once on the eMobile homepage, click on the ‘Lock’ icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click on ‘Login’.
  • You will then be on a ‘Sign In’ page. Fill in your Username/Email and Password. Then click ‘Login’.
  • Your personal Home Page of eMobile will now appear.
  • Click on the panel in the top left corner of your screen, to show the Menu. Click on ‘Purchase Data’.
  • A page with a Register and Login, option will appear. Click on ‘Login’
  • You are now on a page that requires a Cell Phone number and password, fill in your current Phone number(Vodacom/Cell C/MTN/Telkom etc.) and your password ( A SMS will be sent to you with a data portal passcode shortly arfter activating your eMobile account. This passcode is the password)
  • Click on ‘Login’.
  • Your E-Wallet balance will then be available to you. Select ‘Buy Data’.
  • The website will then ask you to select your sim card network provider (Vodacom/Cell C/MTN/Telkom etc.)
  • You are now required to fill in - your cell phone number / choose the bundle to load / enter a reference for the order / agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Once all information is in and data bundle is selected, proceed to ‘Recharge Now’.
